I believe you have all the inner resources you need to make meaningful changes in your life. My role is to help you identify, strengthen, and transform the skills that you already possess into powerful life strategies. I use an integrative approach blending models of therapy, including Person-centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
You can expect to experience greater self-understanding and significant relief from distressing thoughts, feelings and problematic behaviours. Together, we will build your confidence in dealing with challenges so you can live a more authentic and content life.
